The books should serve the business — not the other way around.
Plenty of East Texas companies are profitable on paper and still feel cash-poor. That usually is not a mystery; it is a recording problem. Categories drift. Owner draws hide in expenses. Payroll never quite posts. We fix the system, then we keep it honest every month.
We are bookkeepers. We do not file your income tax return or give legal advice. We do make the file your CPA, banker, or buyer can trust.
